Delete your QR Kre8or account
Delete from the website or companion app
- Sign in to your existing QR Kre8or account.
- Open your name or avatar menu and choose Account.
- Choose Delete account.
- Read the consequences, type DELETE, select the acknowledgment and confirm Delete account permanently.
If asked to sign in again, sign out and sign back in, then return to Account. Deletion requires a sign-in verified within the last ten minutes.
Before you delete
Deletion is irreversible. Your codes expire, and you forfeit the remainder of any monthly or annual subscription and all Lifetime access. Future recurring charges stop. Returning later requires a new purchase.
If you belong to a Company or Enterprise team, an administrator must first remove your membership and assign your codes to another member. Organization owners must arrange ownership succession before deleting their account. Transferred team content stays with the team.
What is deleted and what remains
Account deletion removes your personal workspace content, saved logos, code destinations and settings, private visit records, destination history, events, folders, tags and dashboard preferences. Your profile is anonymized, sign-in connections are removed and device access is revoked. Content transferred to a team remains with that team.
Minimal code and link reservations remain so deleted addresses are not reassigned incorrectly and generated links can show an expired page. Necessary billing references, account-deletion records and security records may remain to reconcile payments, prevent sign-in replay and protect the service. These retained records do not keep your deleted code destinations or logos.
